ASR Model
Artificial Intelligence + Security + Resilience.
The ASR Model is a leadership framework for organizations that need to prepare for AI-era security risk, cyber-physical disruption, and resilience under pressure.
Why the model exists
Artificial intelligence is no longer a separate technology project. It influences how decisions are made, how operations depend on data and platforms, how attackers scale, and how organizations recover from disruption. Security and resilience must therefore be designed together.
The ASR Model helps leaders ask better questions before AI adoption creates unmanaged exposure: What can fail? Who owns the risk? Which dependencies matter most? How does the organization continue when systems, trust, or infrastructure are under stress?
The three layers
Artificial Intelligence
AI capability, automation, data dependency, model risk, decision speed, and intelligent systems across the organization.
Security
Cybersecurity, physical security, personnel risk, governance, supply chain, information integrity, and cyber-physical exposure.
Resilience
Business continuity, crisis management, recovery, adaptability, leadership coordination, and trust under disruption.
Leadership questions
- Where is AI already influencing critical decisions or operations?
- Which physical, digital, and human systems depend on AI-enabled platforms?
- What security assumptions become weaker when automation increases?
- How would the organization operate during an AI-related outage, manipulation, or trust crisis?
- Who is accountable for AI security and resilience at executive level?
